N.O.S.: While in fact the parts presented in this section are guaranteed to be genuine N.O.S., new original stock, there needs to be an appropriate understanding. While these parts are indeed n.o.s. they are in most cases parts that are over 35 yrs. old. They are of the quality that was acceptable for the times, which means they were not produced then to be show quality parts and in the more than thirty fives years that they have been around, they have not miraculously evolved into show quality parts with triple chrome plating and 14 stages of painting perfection. As we all know the British chrome was good but not great as was their paint. And with the moving around that these parts encountered they may have experienced some slight blemish. In the case of a part that is still in the original packaging, we will so state. Also, if there is any question that you might have, by all means, ask, and we will do our best to answer accurately.
